IELTS writing task 1 academic flowchat- Coloured Plastic Paper clips

The flow chart delineates the manufacturing of colored plastic paper clips in a small factory.
The process of making clips begins with the molten plastic which is poured into three coloured moulds namely red, blue and yellow to get clips of three distinct colours. In the second step, clips are sent to quality control machine to check the strength of the plastic clips and the clips that are not up-to the standard of the factory are discarded.
The clips sorting is done with hands that happens at the third stage in the manufacturing process this involves separation of mixed coloured clips from single coloured clips. After the completion of previous stage, clips are inspected for the second time but this time to check the colour mixture of single coloured and mixed coloured clips. At last, the clips are packed and dispatched.
