Dear Sir 

I have recently seen your pamphlet in the local newspaper in which your are seeking advice from people and wanted to know about the speakers what you can call for an upcoming event. I would like to recommend a person to you who is highly respected in computer field because of his immense contribution. 

The person, I am recommending is Mr. Manohar Singh, who is Head of Computer Science department in Khalsa college. He is well versed in his field and can talk about new innovations at length. As computers have become ubiquitous and fascinates everyone, his talk on the topic will keep the people attentive throughout the lecture because of his attractive way of delivering speech. In addition to this, he is a good orator, he knows how to keep people active during the talk with his short question answer session. 

I hope you will consider this personality during the final selection of the speakers. I hope that your this year's event will be a gran success and source of knowledge and inspiration for the audience. Best wishes.
