The diagram below shows the process by which bricks are manufactured for the building industry.
Answer:-
The diagram shows the distinct stages of brick manufacturing for the brick industry.
In the first step, clay is dug out from the earth with the help of a digger. This clay is impure and refined with the metal grid which throws the refined clay on the rollers. Subsequently, clay is mixed with sand and water to make a mixture. This mixture is either placed in the brick moulds or cut using a wire cutter to give the shape of brick. In the following step, bricks are kept in ovens to dry it for one or two days.
Afterwards, dried bricks are placed in kiln firstly in moderate temperature of 200 degree centigrade to 98 degree centigrade then in high temperature(87 degree centigrade - 1300 degree centigrade). Before packing, bricks from kiln are transferred to cooling chambers where these stay for 48 to 72 hours. Final step is the delivery of bricks to different places.
All in all, whole process has roughly seven steps in these steps raw material id refined, dried, heated, cooled and packed.
