Answer
In this global village, migration has become a common phenomena and due to this, distant countries have become house of people of different nationalities, race, caste and creed. The amalgamation is taking many countries to new heights and makes it interesting to live.
First and foremost, a nation where folks of different cultures dwell, has varied languages, rituals and beliefs. All this give a chance to learn about others and enjoy their festivals. Like, a person in Canada, multicultural country, celebrates Hindu festival 'Diwali', Christian's Easter and many more. This mixture not only helps them in learning about others but give them a chance to taste different cuisines as each in every culture and region has its own specialties. For instance, fish from Goan people, Lithi Chokha from Rajasthani folks. So, a person can relish different tastes.
It is not only important for a person personally but helpful at professional front as well. Different people have varied ideas and all perceive everything from different view. These helpful ideas and positive perception can prove fruitful for a company and can help it to reach at the zenith. Not only this will be beneficial for an enterprise but also for a nation whose development depends upon its citizens. For instance, america's economy is the leading in the world due to the experience of people of different brains along with the beauties. More than 50% of scientist in NASA are Indian that have become the backbone of many successful space exploration. Finally, secular countries are more successful than single religion country because in the former people have more tolerance power and respect for others whereas, in latter countries, people have limited knowledge and exposure that make them frog of a well.
All in all, multicultural countries progress fast due to their talented individuals who toil and moil for themselves and country's success. To foster, countries' should open their doors to people of different nationalities.
